Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are fulfilled from a limited, pre-made inventory and are shipped once processing is complete.
Processing times apply to U.S. orders and do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Time (U.S. Orders)
Once your order has been processed, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on location and carrier performance.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations. Delivery times for international orders vary by location and are not guaranteed. Customs processing and carrier delays may impact delivery times.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, any delivery issues — including delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues — must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for refund.
