Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our inventory and small-batch production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details — including product selection, size, and shipping address — are correct at checkout.

Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete information are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Shipping Issues

Suerte is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@suerte.now with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only if required.


Non-Refundable Items

All items sold by Suerte are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Items returned due to address errors


Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that violate this policy may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.
